MECHANICAL FILTER 5 MICRON 10 INCH FCPS5

APPLICATION OF THE MECHANICAL WATER FILTER FCPS 5

The filter is used in the first stage of filtering drinking and domestic water. Due to its foam-like structure, with a large amount of open microbubbles, it perfectly absorbs mechanical impurities.
such as sand, silt, rust up to 5 microns in size. Effectively protects domestic water installations and appliances.
Polypropylene fibers are resistant to chemicals and do not allow the growth of microorganisms. It is placed in filter columns with a size of 10 inches.
Cartridge size 25 x 6.5 cm.

Do not use for microbiologically contaminated water of unknown origin.

THE ADVANTAGES OF THE MECHANICAL WATER FILTER FCPS 5

• removes mechanical dirt such as sand, silt, rust;
• provides excellent filtration with minimal pressure drop;
• resistant to chemicals;
• resistant to the development of microorganisms;
• Cartridge life 3-6 months depending on the quality and quantity of purified water
• flow rate 20l/min.

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF MECHANICAL WATER FILTER FCPS 5

The latest technologies (melt blown) in the field of mechanical filtration are used to make the filter cartridges.
Mechanical filter cartridges are formed (extruded) from polypropylene fibers in a foam form. The density of the filter increases from the outside to the inside.
They have great absorption properties. The foam-like fibers contain microbubbles with holes, which maximizes the contact of filtered water with the filter.
