AS6C6264-55PCN is a 65,536-bit low power CMOS static random access memory organized as 8,192 words by 8bits. It is fabricated using very high performance, high reliability CMOS technology. Its standby current is stable within the range of operating temperature. It is well designed for low power application, and particularly well suited for battery back-up non-volatile memory application. It operates with wide range power supply.
